DEXA Bone Density Scanning

A DEXA scan is a quick, safe, and completely painless scan that measures your bone strength. It is the gold standard medical test used to detect bone thinning, osteopenia, and osteoporosis.

  • Why it matters: It helps your doctor check your risk of fractures and create a plan to keep your bones strong as you age.

  • What to expect: You simply lie flat on a padded table for 10 to 15 minutes while a scanner passes over you. There are no enclosed tunnels, and it uses an extremely low, safe amount of radiation.

Body Composition Analysis (DEXA)

Go Beyond the Scale

A standard scale only tells you how much you weigh, but a DEXA scan reveals exactly what your body is made of. Recognized as the gold standard in body composition assessment, this quick, medical-grade scan uses advanced low-dose technology to provide a precise blueprint of your health.

Our comprehensive DEXA analysis measures:

  • Lean Muscle Mass: Track growth and identify regional imbalances.

  • Fat Mass & Percentage: Discover your exact body fat distribution.

  • Visceral Fat: Measure the deep fat surrounding vital organs, a key indicator of metabolic health.

  • Bone Density: Gain essential insights into your structural strength.

Whether you are tracking athletic performance, managing your weight, or optimizing long-term health, our detailed reports offer the clear, actionable insights you need to measure progress with certainty

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing without metal zippers, buttons, underwires, or snaps, as metal can interfere with the scan accuracy. If your clothing contains metal, you may be asked to change into a medical gown.
